In this role, you will serve as a **Business Assistant** within the Cooperatives’ **MEMBER RELATIONSHIP RECEPTIVE UNIT**, performing service delivery, relationship management, and business-related activities.

**Responsibilities and Duties**
* Service Delivery: Serve members on the **digital platform**. Help identify business opportunities, receive service requests, and resolve low-complexity issues directly—or route members to the channel offering the best service experience. Support members in better utilizing available products and technologies.
* Prospecting (Support): Conduct initial member contact to identify new business opportunities, prospect new members, and refer them to Business Managers.
* Relationship Channels: Encourage members’ use of self-service channels to enhance efficiency and direct members toward digital solutions. Assist members with their "digital inclusion." Act as an agent of change for members by providing guidance to maximize usage of available digital services.
* Integration of New Members: Support, when necessary, the integration process for new members—clarifying basic questions and introducing relationship channels. Likewise, explain Sicredi’s principles to foster member engagement with cooperative values.
* Community Representative: Occasionally support cooperative events, contributing to organizing and promoting cooperative values.
* Record Maintenance: Assist Business Managers in registering and updating member data, ensuring compliance with internal regulations.
* Standardization: Support correct application of Systemic and Local guidelines and regulations.
* Fulfill other duties and responsibilities related to this position.
**Requirements and Qualifications**
* Completed or ongoing undergraduate degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Economics, Marketing, Engineering, or related fields.
* Desired skills and knowledge areas: Basic understanding of financial products and services; Member-focused mindset; Communication skills; Proficiency with technology; Organization; Cooperative principles.
* Must reside in **Cuiabá \- MT**.
* Must hold a valid ANBIMA certification: CPA10 or CPA20\.
**Additional Information** **You will work at the Cooperative’s Relationship and Business Unit in Cuiabá.**
**Immediate Supervisor: Rayele Gonçalves Carvalho**
Working hours: Monday to Friday, from 08:00 to 17:00.
