We are seeking professionals to work as sales representatives at Claro authorized stores, offering comprehensive telecommunications solutions. Here, your role will be to delight customers with excellent service and a results-oriented approach. What will be your responsibilities? - Provide in-person customer service at stores with excellence, agility, and friendliness; - Identify each customer's consumption profile and offer suitable Claro products and services; - Perform administrative and fiscal routines related to sales and transactions (payments, documents, etc). Prerequisites: Completed high school education; Sales experience in retail, telecommunications, or retail is desirable; Customer service experience is considered a plus; Strong communication skills, logical reasoning, and energy for sales; Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office suite.
