We are seeking a dynamic and proactive Human Resources Supervisor to join our team in Juara, MT. This professional will be responsible for aligning HR processes with business needs, supporting leaders and employees in addressing their requirements. **Responsibilities:** Act as the local HR leader focused on end-to-end Recruitment and Selection for all positions; Develop, deliver, and facilitate Training and Development programs; Support HR policies and procedures that align with company objectives; Provide support and guidance regarding performance, development, and talent management; Promote organizational culture and employee engagement initiatives; Manage working conditions, organizational climate, and conflicts; Analyze HR metrics and propose improvements; Lead and locally support onboarding, integration, timekeeping, variable compensation, and personnel movement processes. Support managers in employee termination procedures. Manage change and act as a facilitator across different hierarchical levels within the company. **Requirements:** Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Psychology, Human Resource Management, or a related field; Prior experience in Human Resources is mandatory, preferably in Recruitment and Selection; Knowledge of talent management and organizational development; Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; Proactivity, empathy, and business acumen. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; Familiarity with Canva; Experience with ATS tools (Applicant Tracking Systems); Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel. **Additional Information:** This position is also open to Persons with Disabilities (PwD).
