* Conduct recruitment and selection of talents, from defining job profiles to conducting interviews.
* Develop and implement onboarding programs for new employees.
* Support the development of HR policies and procedures.
* Conduct organizational climate surveys and prepare reports with improvement suggestions.
* Manage the performance evaluation process, providing constructive feedback.
* Participate in organizational development and employee training initiatives.
* Act as an internal consultant, offering support to leadership on HR-related matters.
* Monitor HR department performance indicators and propose corrective actions.
* Foster organizational culture and promote employee engagement initiatives.
* Stay updated on trends and best practices in human resources management.
**Requirements:**
* Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Business Administration, Human Resources, or related fields.
* Knowledge of recruitment and selection processes.
* Experience in human resource management and organizational development is a plus.
* Ability to conduct interviews and group dynamics.
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
