We are confident that, day after day, we are building the future we desire—and this future is embodied in our purpose: **building dreams that transform the world.** Join us as **\#GreenBlood**! **Responsibilities and duties** * Responsible for document control, issuing invoices, sending, receiving, and distributing documents to the finance department, as well as managing internal document flow related to payment and insurance controls; * Record invoices (NFs) in the SAP system, register and verify contract documents to be invoiced, forward utility bills, and send them to the respective departments; * Prepare daily and monthly reports and monitor payment indicators; * Monitor the monthly payment process for third-party suppliers on construction sites and provide support to coordinators in executing site-related tasks; **Requirements and qualifications** * Completed high school education; * Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint); * Prior experience in civil construction projects is a plus; * Solid administrative experience and experience in controlling working hours (coverages, technical addenda, etc.) is desirable; More than houses, we aim to build answers.
