JOB DESCRIPTION * Site maintenance: ensure cleanliness and organization of the environment; perform minor repairs; **maintain and enhance green areas**, including planting, pruning, irrigation, pest and disease control, and cleaning — all aimed at preserving and revitalizing the health and appearance of plants, flowers, and lawns. * Equipment maintenance: maintain equipment such as pumps, elevators, water tanks, intercoms, and security cameras. * Inventory control: manage cleaning supplies and materials inventory, requesting replenishment when necessary. * The Artifice must be proactive, attentive to environmental needs, and capable of identifying and resolving problems.
