Job Summary: The professional will perform chemical, physical, and bromatological analyses to ensure compliance with operational procedures and industrial process quality. Key Highlights: 1. Perform physicochemical and bromatological analyses on various products. 2. Record operational data and report changes for quality control. 3. Maintain laboratory organization and comply with safety and environmental regulations. Perform chemical, physical, and bromatological analyses according to instructions received from the immediate supervisor, ensuring adherence to established operational procedures. **Responsibilities and Duties** Perform physicochemical and bromatological analyses on finished products, in-process products, water, and raw materials, organizing required materials and equipment on workbenches and ensuring cleanliness and integrity of analyses. Conduct visual verification of identification and expiration dates of materials and solutions, and assist in equipment verification according to technical standards. Record operational data in spreadsheets and computerized systems, ensuring information traceability. Report any anomalies identified during analyses to the immediate supervisor, contributing to industrial process control and quality. Maintain laboratory environment cleanliness, organization, and sanitation, adhering to safety, health, and environmental regulations, with proper use of PPEs.
