Join Cargill’s 160,000 employees worldwide who leverage new technologies, dynamic insights, and over 154 years of experience to connect producers to markets, customers to ingredients, and people and animals to the food they need to thrive. **Purpose and Impact of the Role** ----------------------------------- The Warehouse Supervisor will assist and execute all production processes within a single technical process or change, ensuring that responsible areas meet the company's standards for safety, quality, efficiency, and performance. **Key Responsibilities** -------------------------------- * Assist in executing routine operations for the assigned area and ensure reports follow policies and procedures related to employee safety. * Maintain adherence to company safety and hygiene standards. * Ensure employee and product safety at all times by completing full training according to task procedures and individual needs. * Support and manage the production budget for a department, process, or change. * Guide production workers and participate in the selection process; handle employee well-being, performance reviews and engagement, identify training gaps and needs, and manage performance. * Identify risks and recommend areas for improvement and innovation. * Handle basic issues and problems under direct supervision, escalating more complex issues to the appropriate team. * Other duties as assigned. **Qualifications** ----------------- #### **Minimum** * Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent experience. * Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite. * Prior experience in grain warehouse operations. * Previous experience in people management. #### **Preferred** * Completed or ongoing undergraduate studies in Engineering or related fields. * Knowledge of grain receiving and storage processes. * Knowledge of maintenance. * Completed or ongoing undergraduate studies in Engineering or related fields. \#LI\-Onsite \#LI\-AC7 At Cargill, every person matters.
