Strategic participation in digital marketing campaigns. **Key Responsibilities** **Audiovisual Content Production** * Plan, shoot, and edit institutional, promotional, and educational videos (internal and external). * Manage the entire video production process—from scripting to final delivery—ensuring smooth narrative flow, brand-aligned language, and strong visual impact. * Coordinate studio operations (lighting, audio, camera) and provide technical support during recordings and live broadcasts (webinars, online events). **Visual Design and Communication** * Create visual assets for digital campaigns, social media, email, landing pages, and executive presentations. * Ensure consistent application of visual identity across all materials. * Develop graphic solutions for branding and internal communication needs. **Strategic Marketing Support** * Contribute to the planning and execution of digital marketing campaigns by providing creative and technical input. * Analyze performance of visual content (videos and graphics), proposing data-driven improvements. * Support the production of visual reports, dashboards, and presentations for internal departments and senior leadership. **Requirements** * Proven experience in video editing and motion graphics (Premiere, After Effects). * Proficiency in graphic design tools (Photoshop, Illustrator, Figma). * Basic knowledge of audiovisual production techniques (lighting, sound, camera). * Familiarity with social media formats (Reels, Shorts, Stories, etc.). * Preferred: basic knowledge of video SEO, OBS Studio, YouTube Studio, and marketing automation tools. * Contribute to the planning and execution of digital marketing campaigns, bringing creative and technical inputs. * Analyze performance of visual content (videos and assets), proposing improvements based on data. * Support the production of visual reports, dashboards, and presentations for internal departments and senior leadership.
