Our client offers proactive and restorative elements services. Restorative elements is a dermatologist\-developed skincare routine formulated to gently and safely help fade the visible signs of aging. *You will play a crucial role in ensuring the quality and reliability of existing web applications, with a primary focus on supporting and extending the Kibo web platform for e\-commerce backend management. This role involves testing new web system functionalities and developments to enhance the e\-commerce experience. The perfect candidate should have a solid background in QA testing and automation tools, as well as experience working on Agile projects.* REQUIREMENTS: * 5 \-10 years of experience in Quality Assurance. * Experience with E\-commerce. * Knowledge of Jira and Confluence. * Experience with mobile testing. * A strong knowledge of API testing, mainly using Postman, and knowledge of GraphQL. * Understanding writing, executing, and reporting test cases using the TestRail tool. * Familiarity with Agile principles and values, with experience working on Agile projects. * Familiarity with Bitbucket/GitHub. * Expertise in running QA strategies among teams. * Extensive knowledge of Agile principles and values. * Self\-driven and motivated with a proactive approach to problem\-solving. * Excellent leadership skills with the ability to drive QA initiatives. * Effective communication skills to convey technical information to both technical and non\-technical audiences. * Strong interpersonal skills to collaborate within cross\-functional teams. * Upper\-intermediate or higher proficiency in English. NICE TO HAVE: * Familiarity with eCommerce platforms such as Kibo. * Shopify admin experience * Experience with mobile testing using BrowserStack or manual validation. RESPONSIBILITIES: * Test existing applications under constant development for new functionalities. * Conduct thorough testing of new developments on web systems, with a focus on e\-commerce support. * Collaborate with cross\-functional teams to implement and execute effective QA strategies. * Write, execute, and report test cases to ensure comprehensive test coverage. * Utilize automation tools such as Selenium for efficient and practical testing. * Participate in 70% manual testing and 30% automation. * Conduct API testing to ensure seamless integration between different components. * Provide leadership in driving QA initiatives and ensuring quality standards are met.
