Campaign, social media, and budget management **Job Objective:** The Marketing Supervisor is responsible for coordinating the marketing team’s activities, ensuring execution of marketing strategies and actions. This role operates both strategically and tactically, supporting the development of marketing plans, market analysis, and performance tracking. Additionally, the supervisor leads the team to ensure goal achievement and delivery quality. **Key Responsibilities:** * Plan, monitor, and supervise institutional, promotional, and digital marketing activities; * Coordinate internal and external communication campaigns, ensuring alignment with brand identity and positioning; * Supervise production of graphic, digital, and promotional materials; * Support the sales team with campaigns, materials, and promotion strategies; * Manage social media, paid traffic, content, and publication schedules—either directly or through partners/third parties; * Monitor performance indicators (KPIs) and prepare results reports; * Control the marketing department’s budget, monitoring costs and investments; * Manage relationships with suppliers, agencies, and strategic partners; * Ensure adherence to deadlines, quality standards, and institutional guidelines; * Comply with internal policies, confidentiality agreements, and LGPD regulations. **Requirements:** * Degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communications, Business Administration, or related fields; * Prior experience in strategic and digital marketing, preferably in a leadership or supervisory role; * Knowledge of metrics, KPIs, social media, and paid traffic; * Skills in planning, organization, communication, and team management; * Analytical, proactive, and results-oriented profile.
