Join us! **Job Description** We are looking for a Facilities Leader to coordinate operational activities related to cleaning, maintenance, and general services, ensuring service quality and meeting client needs. This professional will be responsible for leading teams, organizing routines, and ensuring compliance with safety, quality, and environmental standards. **Main Responsibilities** * Lead and guide cleaning and general services teams; * Assign and monitor operational tasks; * Ensure adherence to cleaning and maintenance schedules; * Manage materials, supplies, and equipment; * Monitor performance and quality indicators; * Ensure compliance with safety regulations and proper use of PPE; * Support timekeeping management, shift scheduling, and training; * Interface with clients and report results; * Identify opportunities for process improvement; * Maintain organization and upkeep of serviced areas; **Requirements** * Completed high school education; * Experience leading operational teams (cleaning/facilities); * Knowledge of cleaning and maintenance routines; * Basic understanding of material control and team management; **Expected Competencies** We seek professionals with leadership qualities, strong communication skills, organizational ability, and a sense of responsibility.
