




Job Summary: This administrative role involves general support to the department, assisting with routine tasks, financial control, HR, file organization, and document review. Key Highlights: 1. Administrative assistance and financial management 2. Full support to the Personnel and HR Department 3. Management of administrative expenses for the branch Provides assistance to the administrative area, supporting the department in its routine activities and in financial management control, personnel department, human resources, file organization, document review, and other related activities. Assists in all processes of the Personnel and HR Department (hiring, termination, vacations, time tracking, medical certificates, PPE distribution, benefit delivery, badge and uniform requests and control, etc.). Controls and sends travel expense adjustments to headquarters. Responsible for the branch's administrative expenses (breakfast, cleaning supplies, office materials, general consumables). Requirements: Currently pursuing a bachelor's degree. Experience in the administrative field.
