Job Summary: Professional responsible for document management, reception, administrative support, and communication, with focus on Personnel Department and Human Resources routines. Internal and external communication * Document management: Receive, organize, file, and distribute documents, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality of information; * Reception: Greet visitors, answer telephone calls, screen incoming calls, and relay messages; * Administrative support: Assist with financial tasks such as issuing invoices and expense control, and with human resources tasks such as organizing employee files; * Communication: Manage the company's internal and external communication, including emails and correspondence; * Preferred qualification — Experience in matters related to the Personnel Department and Human Resources; Also includes verifying invoices, organizing item storage, maintaining inventory control, and fulfilling material requests to ensure smooth operation of the construction site.
