




Job Summary: The Warehouse Manager will be responsible for planning, organizing, and controlling all storage, movement, and distribution activities of materials within the compounding laboratory. Key Highlights: 1. Plan, organize, and control the storage and distribution of materials. 2. Ensure accurate recordkeeping and availability of materials in stock. 3. Maintain appropriate inventory levels aligned with production volumes and RDC 344 requirements. The Warehouse Manager will be responsible for **planning, organizing, and controlling** all activities related to the storage, movement, and distribution of materials within the compounding laboratory, ensuring that all incoming and outgoing stock items are accurately recorded and materials are available when needed. They will execute the withdrawal process of raw materials and packaging from the warehouse and supply laboratories according to production needs and established procedures. In addition to: * Defining in-process inventory levels based on defined criteria, monitoring, and maintaining appropriate inventory levels aligned with production volumes and RDC 344 requirements; * Verifying purchase lists of raw materials; * Recording supplier invoices for raw materials and packaging division; * Monitoring physical inventory of raw materials and packaging, and replenishing containers for laboratories; * Checking products nearing expiration and disposing of expired products.
