Job Summary: This role involves ensuring accurate order processing, continuous process improvement, and meticulous sales and quotation tracking. Key Highlights: 1. Ensure accurate order billing 2. Monitor sales and quotations 3. Suggest process improvements and adjustments **Prerequisites:** * Completed high school education; * Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite; * Prior experience in the field is a plus. **Responsibilities:** * Ensure orders are billed correctly (customer, pricing, inventory, taxes, etc.); * Meet defined response deadlines for the department and continuously suggest process improvements and adjustments; * Monitor quotations; * Monitor sales; * Organize and complete commercial spreadsheets; * Enter orders into Winthor. **Compensation and Benefits:** Salary of R$ 1.809,95 + meal allowance of R$ 700.00 + Dental Plan + Telemedicine Health Assistance + Life Insurance + Wellhub + Profit Sharing.
