Contribute to management reports and process improvement **Prerequisites:** * Bachelor's degree in Administration or related fields * Experience in the field * Expertise in administrative, financial, and procurement routines * Proficiency in management tools. **Responsibilities:** * Execute and monitor administrative and financial routines, ensuring compliance with internal policies and established deadlines. * Support accounts payable and expense control, including mapping and validation of invoices issued to the group. * Conduct quotations and monitor procurement processes for office and consumable supplies. * Manage contracts, maintaining updated controls and deadlines. * Contribute to the preparation and analysis of management reports and performance indicators for the department. * Support budgetary control by assisting in the collection and consolidation of financial and administrative information. * Suggest process and routine improvements aimed at operational efficiency and cost reduction. * Control and organize administrative documents, both physical and digital. * Support the Human Resources, Tax, and Accounting departments in administrative requests. * Participate in alignment meetings and continuous improvement projects, demonstrating analytical thinking and interest in developing management competencies. * Other duties related to the position. **Compensation and Benefits:** Salary + R$ 700.00 Food Allowance + Dental Plan + Telemedicine Health Assistance + Wellhub + Profit Sharing.
