Supervise production and quality standards Ice cream shop is hiring a Store Manager in Palmas (Arse). **What will you do in this role?:** Carry out strategic and operational management of the store, ensuring achievement of sales targets, profitability, and customer satisfaction. Lead, train, provide feedback, and continuously develop the team (cashiers, confectioners, assistants). Manage strict inventory control (raw materials, packaging, supplies), preventing stockouts and losses. Supervise daily gelato production, ensuring quality standards, hygiene, and compliance with franchise recipes. Monitor financial indicators (COGS, average ticket, conversion rate, personnel costs) and propose operational adjustments. Ensure strict adherence to ANVISA regulations, Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), and the franchise’s operations manual. Strengthen customer relationships by resolving complaints and collecting suggestions for continuous improvement. Guarantee visual, service, and product standardization in accordance with the Borelli brand identity.
