Job Summary: Provide friendly customer service and maintain environmental organization, explain the self-service system, assist customers with inquiries, and uphold hygiene standards. Teamwork with responsibility and punctuality **Responsibilities:** •• Greet customers warmly and courteously. • Explain how the self\-service system works, including weight, price per kilogram, and available options. • Assist customers with questions regarding flavors, toppings, and payment methods. • Keep the ice cream counter and topping station (sauces, candies, fruits) consistently organized and clean. • Restock ice cream and toppings as needed. • Clean common areas, such as tables, floors, utensils, and ice cream machines. **Requirements:** • High standard of communication. • Availability to work night shifts, weekends, and holidays. • Good personal presentation and aesthetic sense. • Proactivity, enthusiasm, and ability to work in a team. • Responsibility, punctuality, and ease in interpersonal relationships Job Type: Full-time CLT Compensation: R$1\.621,00 per month Benefits: * Transportation allowance Work Location: On-site
