Identify the nature of requests from internal and/or external customers, and assist them as needed. * Forward bureaucratic matters, verify documentation required for service execution, refer customers to the Institute of Forensic Medicine (IML), collect payment vouchers, and carry out other activities necessary to complete customer service and referral to the funeral home. * Complete forms and record information in the system. * Provide support services in interactions with Human Resources, Administration, Finance, and Logistics departments. * Assist management with routine administrative tasks. Organize various documents and departmental files, classifying them according to predefined criteria and archiving them per departmental procedures. * Monitor office supplies usage, identify replenishment needs, and request purchases from the responsible person based on identified needs. * Assess material requirements and report them to the local manager.
