Job Summary: A restaurant is seeking a Bartender to prepare drinks and juices, organize the bar, manage supplies and inventory, and maintain bar equipment, promoting communication and workflow. Key Highlights: 1. Prepare high-quality, efficient, and well-presented drinks and juices 2. Organize and clean the bar, maintaining a customer-appropriate environment 3. Assist in inventory control and equipment maintenance The restaurant seeks a Bartender professional in Palmas (Centro). **Responsibilities:** Prepare drinks and juices according to the establishment’s standards, ensuring product quality, efficiency, and presentation. Organize and clean the bar, maintaining an environment suitable for customer service. Support supply usage control, ensuring proper utilization and minimizing waste. Develop and update the shopping list required for bar operations. Assist in inventory control of beverages, supplies, and bar materials. Maintain bar equipment, utensils, and infrastructure, ensuring good condition and preservation. Maintain effective communication with the team to support smooth workflow and bar service. Previous experience as a Bartender, Mixologist, Bar Server, or Bar Waiter may indicate suitability for some of the responsibilities of this position. **Desired Qualifications:** **Education:** Completed high school **Experience:** Prior experience required **Compensation and Benefits:** * Salary: Salary range will be disclosed during the interview. * Performance-based bonus * On-site meal **Additional Information:** * Employment Type: Permanent – On-site. * Schedule: Full-time * Working Hours: Monday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday, Saturday, and Sunday, from 5:00 PM to 12:00 AM.
