Organize and clean the bar, maintaining an environment suitable for customer service. Support supply usage control, ensuring proper utilization and minimizing waste. Develop and update the shopping list required for bar operations. Assist in inventory control of beverages, supplies, and bar materials. Maintain bar equipment, utensils, and infrastructure, ensuring good condition and preservation. Maintain effective communication with the team to support smooth workflow and bar service.
