Proof of required qualifications must be demonstrated by: a) Diploma/Certificate duly issued by an institution recognized by the Ministry of Education (MEC), and/or; b) Certificate of course completion accompanied by academic transcript, both duly signed and stamped (valid only for up to 180 days following degree completion). **DOCUMENTATION:** ACTIVE REGISTRATION WITH THE FEDERAL COUNCIL OF PHYSICAL EDUCATION (CREF). Proof of required qualifications must be demonstrated by: a) Copy of the Professional Identity Card issued by the Regional Council of Physical Education, valid within its expiration date and displaying the professional’s full name. (At the time of admission, a “no record” certificate issued by the relevant authority will be required.) b) Declaration/document issued by the Regional Council of Physical Education stating the active registration number, the professional’s full name, validity period, and bearing the official signature and stamp. **EXPERIENCE:** PROVEN PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE IN DEVELOPING AND IMPLEMENTING SPORTS AND LEISURE PROJECTS FOR DIVERSE AUDIENCES. **PROOF OF EXPERIENCE:** Documentation submitted must explicitly relate to the activities specified in the minimum requirements, otherwise documents will be rejected.
