Development of administrative process improvements for the branch; Standardization of local administrative procedures according to headquarters guidelines; Generation of analytical reports to support leadership decision-making; Support for external audits through documentation collection and justification; Leadership support in results and planning meetings; Training and mentoring for new administrative assistants; Monitoring and critical analysis of administrative performance indicators; Proposals for actions to reduce administrative operational costs; Leadership support in reviewing local contracts and addendums; Assessment of adherence to internal policies and regulations; Participation in internal committees or operational forums; Direct communication with supervisors, coordinators, and regional managers; Responsible and secure management of confidential documentation; Creation of standard operating procedures (SOPs) for administrative routines. REQUIREMENTS: * Education: Completed High School * Extensive experience in administrative roles, including Invoice Issuance * ADVANCED LEVEL OF MICROSOFT OFFICE SUITE (WORD; EXCEL; POWER POINT); EXPERIENCE WITH ERP SYSTEMS
