RESPONSIBILITIES: * Provide technical support to the Sustainability Coordination and SSMAC Management in decision-making and strategic actions for obtaining the Social License to Operate – SLO. * Plan, execute, monitor, track, and facilitate community and stakeholder engagement activities under Aura’s operational influence, including communication channels and grievance mechanisms. * Act as a liaison between the company and diverse impacted social groups, promoting dialogue, active listening, and building trust-based relationships to ensure social license to operate, prevent conflicts, and foster local sustainable development. * Establish and maintain continuous and transparent dialogue channels with communities impacted by operations; * Map and keep updated the stakeholder register; identify social demands and propose action plans aligned with the company’s social responsibility guidelines; * Technically manage social diagnostics and actively participate in developing social impact assessments; * Mediate conflict situations and support social risk mitigation actions; * Collect, organize, update, and monitor social indicators; prepare technical and socio-environmental performance reports; analyze trends, situations, and scenarios to propose improvements and support leadership decision-making in favor of SLO; * Represent the company in meetings with community leaders, public agencies, NGOs, and other local institutions; * Support compliance with legal and regulatory requirements related to community engagement and environmental licensing processes, ensuring community interactions comply with expansion projects of the complex; * Identify and assess partnership opportunities to implement new initiatives fostering local development. * Propose, plan, and implement new local social projects, and monitor indicators with results reporting; * Use analytical tools to measure community engagement impact and generate reports demonstrating community performance in terms of engagement, growth, and retention; * Collaborate integrally with departments such as Communications, Legal, Environment, Human Resources, Controller, Finance, Procurement, Mining, Contracts, Facilities, and Social Responsibility to ensure community initiatives align with organizational strategies; * Support institutional initiatives involving employee engagement, such as internal appreciation campaigns and strengthening Aura 360\ culture. REQUIREMENTS: * Degree in Business Administration, Social Communication, Public Relations, Advertising, or related fields; * Preferred experience in community engagement for large-scale projects, preferably in mining; * Knowledge of Brazilian socio-environmental legislation; * Tools for social diagnosis and community mediation; * Preferred experience in conflict mediation, public policy, or implementation of social projects. * Preferred experience in project management methodologies such as Lean, Canvas, Agile, PMBOK, Scrum, Gantt Chart, etc. * Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel; * Driver’s license Category B.
