Job Summary: Junior IT Analyst responsible for system monitoring, incident management, Level 1 (N1) support, and process documentation, ensuring information security. Key Highlights: 1. Level 1 (N1) request and incident handling Jr. IT Analyst Country: Brazil * Perform batch monitoring on tools/applications used by the company, systems, and all configuration items registered in the batch tools available to the Scheduling team; * Provide rapid and accurate monitoring with minimal impact on the environment; in case of ALERT\-INCIDENT, contact specialist teams via phone or other available communication means, formalizing the escalation via E\-mail; * Log incidents in control tools, communicate them via WhatsApp, and, when necessary, escalate to IT Management for positioning; * Escalate if unable to contact the specialist responsible for supporting the generated ALERT\-INCIDENT; * Document all processes performed by the Scheduling team using available documentation tools, making them accessible to the Scheduling team to enhance process agility, facilitate resolution of known issues, and support future reference and procedures; * Handle Level 1 (N1) requests and incidents, and interact with other IT departments; * Identify opportunities for process improvement within the area and, where possible, support implementation of solutions; * Ensure compliance with information security policies and guidelines, and adherence of activities to such policies.
