




Job Summary: We are seeking a Customer Service Representative for a boutique gym, focused on delivering an exceptional customer experience—from front desk reception through daily support and sales. Boutique environment, close-knit team, and a culture of excellence in customer service. **About the Role** We are looking for someone to deliver **customer service** at a **boutique gym**, with full commitment to ensuring an **exceptional end-to-end experience** throughout the member’s journey. You will be a key point of contact for welcoming members, providing daily support, and attending to the details that make service memorable. Key Responsibilities * **Greet and assist customers** in person (and, when necessary, via WhatsApp/phone), with warmth, efficiency, and attention to detail. * **Ensure an outstanding customer experience** in the gym/reception area: maintaining a well-organized environment, anticipating needs, and monitoring daily workflow. * **Prepare and serve whey protein** and other menu beverages, adhering to hygiene, portioning, and presentation standards. * **Sell products** (e.g., supplements, convenience items, and/or merchandise), using consultative approaches and accurately recording sales. * **Serve beverages and amenities** (water, coffee, snacks, towels, and other house-provided items), ensuring timely restocking and consistent quality standards. * Support daily operations by **organizing inventory**, performing basic supply tracking, and communicating restocking needs. * Contribute to a positive workplace atmosphere by collaborating with the team to uphold the boutique service standard. Requirements * Experience in **customer service** (front desk, hospitality, retail, café, studio/gym, or similar settings). * Strong communication skills, a welcoming demeanor, and attention to detail. * Organizational skills and responsibility for routines and standards. * Availability to work **shifts** (to be determined). Preferred Qualifications * Experience in **sales** (target achievement, outreach, conversion, post-sale follow-up). * Background in **cafés/bars/beverage service** or supplement preparation. * Familiarity with fitness environments, studios, wellness, or hospitality sectors.
