Support preventive and corrective maintenance, workplace organization, and emergency response, adhering to safety standards. **Requirements:** ✔ Minimum **6 months of proven experience** in this role; ✔ Knowledge of building maintenance (plumbing, electrical, and civil); ✔ Commitment to safety and quality.
