Job Mission: * Responsible for carrying out sample preparation steps according to the defined flowchart and through their laboratory work instructions. Job Responsibilities: * Carry out sample preparation activities, using drying, crushing, splitting, sieving and pulverizing processes, complying with work instructions. * Perform archiving and disposal of samples according to internal procedures. * Comply with and ensure compliance with the Code of Ethics, safeguarding adherence to clauses regarding ethical duties common to employees. * Report issues related to their area of operation to immediate leadership, presenting and discussing problems and irregularities and proposing solutions, in order to support the definition of procedures and actions to be adopted. * Carry out activities according to operational procedures, as well as stay updated on area procedures and processes, aiming for continuous improvement. * Guide new employees in activities related to the area, supervising them and facilitating knowledge of equipment. * Keep the workplace, equipment and materials clean and organized, in order to maintain good usage conditions and preserve occupational health and environmental aspects, as well as safeguard company assets, requesting maintenance, repair and/or replacement whenever necessary. * Participate in training sessions when summoned, dedicating effort to achieve desired work performance. * Carry out related tasks as directed by immediate supervisor. Education Requirements: * Completed High School education. * Residence in Almas/TO. * Availability to work on rotating shifts (night shifts and weekends). * Previous experience in a laboratory or production area will be considered a differentiator.
