The professional will be responsible for transforming raw data into actionable information, building statistical and predictive models, and collaborating with data and business teams to develop analytical solutions. **Key Responsibilities:** * Provide support to users and internal departments in the TOTVS Datasul environment; * Analyze and resolve incidents and requests; * Support business processes related to the ERP; * Perform technical triage and route requests when necessary; * Execute simple adjustments and targeted corrections together with the technical team; * Monitor integrations, operational routines, and process stabilization; * Ensure documentation, handling, and follow\-up of incidents. **Requirements:** * Experience providing support with TOTVS Datasul; * Experience supporting business areas
