Engages with boards, shareholders, and regulatory bodies, supporting strategic decision-making and institutional alignment. Contributes to the bank’s solidity, sustainability, and longevity. **Your Day-to-Day Responsibilities** As a Data Governance Analyst II, you will work within the Data Intelligence area and your main responsibilities will include: * Developing solutions using Generative AI and prompt engineering. * Creating and enhancing intelligent agents for process automation. * Building Analytics and AI pipelines in cloud environments. * Implementing business use cases leveraging Generative AI. * Participating in Data Governance initiatives across transactional and analytical environments. * Developing automations using DevOps, GitHub, and CI/CD. * Working with Azure, Databricks, and modern data platforms. * Supporting compliance, audit, and corporate governance initiatives. **Work Model** Hybrid — 1 day onsite Location: Curitiba — PR **Profile We’re Seeking** We value professionals who deeply understand customers, collaborate effectively, and transform knowledge into impactful deliverables. Ideal candidates demonstrate ownership mindset, consistent execution, results orientation, continuous growth, willingness to share learnings, and use technology to turn challenges into meaningful business solutions. **Requirements** * Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Data-related fields, or related disciplines. * Experience with Python and PySpark. * Experience building applications using Generative AI and RAG. * Knowledge of Data Governance. * Experience with Azure and/or GCP. * Familiarity with Databricks. * Experience with DevOps, GitHub, and CI/CD. * Experience in transactional data environments.
