Let’s find out!** Our team works directly with students’ accompaniment and holistic development, delivering pedagogical, emotional, and behavioral support during various moments of the school routine. This role demands keen observation, sensitivity, organization, and constant collaboration with teachers, families, and the pedagogical team—ensuring each student has the necessary conditions to learn, develop, and actively participate in school life. Among the main challenges of this area are: responding to students’ diverse needs; adapting support strategies individually; contributing to the development of student autonomy; and acting promptly and balancedly amid daily school demands. **How You Will Contribute to Our Team:** * Accompany and assist students in academic activities and daily routines; * Provide support related to hygiene, organization, and student well-being; * Assist during arrival, departure, boarding, and disembarking; * Support teachers in planning, adapting, and implementing activities; * Apply pedagogical and behavioral strategies aligned with supervision guidelines; * Record observations and prepare follow-up reports; * Participate in pedagogical supervision sessions, training, and team alignment meetings; * Contribute to building a welcoming, safe, and inclusive environment for all students. **Requirements and Qualifications** **What We Expect You to Know:** * Currently enrolled in a Pedagogy program, preferably from the 3rd semester onward; * Availability to work 6 hours per day, Monday through Friday, either in the morning or afternoon shift; * Demonstrated interest in inclusive education and child development; * Strong communication skills, organizational ability, and teamwork proficiency; * A welcoming attitude, sensitivity, and responsibility when accompanying students; * Willingness to learn and collaborate effectively with the pedagogical team. **Preferred (but not required) Qualifications:** * ****Prior experience in a school setting or in activities related to inclusive education; * Experience supporting students with specific educational needs; * Basic knowledge of child development and pedagogical mediation strategies; * Ability to work collaboratively and communicate clearly and empathetically; * Organizational skills, proactivity, and capacity to manage multiple daily school demands; * Interest in participating in training programs and deepening expertise in the educational field. **Additional Information** **Why Work Here?
