Job Summary: Support teachers and students in fostering an inclusive learning environment, supervising activities, and implementing educational initiatives. Key Highlights: 1. Promotion of an inclusive and welcoming learning environment \- Teacher Support: Assist teachers in preparing and delivering pedagogical activities, helping organize teaching materials and resources. \- Student Monitoring: Monitor and support students during classes, especially those who may experience learning difficulties or have special needs, ensuring all students have the opportunity to participate actively. \- Promotion of an Inclusive Environment: Work to create an inclusive and welcoming learning environment, promoting diversity and respecting student differences. \- Activity Supervision: Supervise students during extracurricular activities, recesses, and school events, ensuring the safety and well-being of all. \- Communication with Parents and Guardians: Maintain communication with parents or guardians regarding student progress, reporting behaviors and difficulties, and collaborating on solutions. \- Record Keeping: Maintain records on student performance and behavior, assisting teachers in identifying areas requiring attention. \- Emotional Support: Provide emotional support to students by listening to their concerns and helping resolve conflicts or interpersonal issues. \- Participation in Meetings: Attend pedagogical team meetings to discuss teaching strategies, share information about students, and collaborate on educational projects. \- Development of Activities: Design and implement playful and educational activities that stimulate learning and social-emotional development.
