Job Summary: A professional responsible for inventory monitoring and control, quotation requests, supplier negotiations, and procurement process optimization for the clinic. Key Highlights: 1. Inventory tracking and control of materials and supplies 2. Supplier negotiation and management for competitive terms 3. Procurement process optimization and cost reduction * Monitor and control inventory levels of materials, medications, supplies, and consumables used in clinic operations; * Conduct market quotations and research to identify qualified suppliers and competitive commercial terms; * Negotiate prices, delivery timelines, and payment terms with suppliers; * Issue and track purchase orders, ensuring adequate supply to departments and on-time deliveries; * Update and maintain internal records and systems with information related to purchase orders, contracts, suppliers, and procurement transactions; * Monitor market trends, price fluctuations, and opportunities for cost reduction; * Prepare comparative analyses of commercial proposals and feasibility studies for material and service acquisitions; * Conduct continuous follow-up with suppliers to monitor deliveries, order changes, and resolve potential discrepancies; * Collaborate with inventory, warehouse, and clinical departments to ensure quality and compliance of received products; * Manage and organize procurement-related documentation, including contracts, invoices, and audit procedures; * Prepare managerial reports, performance indicators, and critical analyses to support decision-making in the Supply Chain department; * Contribute to procurement process optimization, aiming for operational efficiency, cost reduction, and assurance of input quality for patient care.
