Support in inventories and order preparation **Job Description:** ---------------------- Goods Receipt: Verify incoming documentation, such as invoices, and confirm that received products match registered information. Physical Verification: Count and inspect products physically to ensure quantities, specifications, and conditions are correct and compliant with requirements. Identification and Labeling: Identify and label products according to company internal procedures, including barcode application or other relevant information. Receipt and Dispatch Registration: Register received or dispatched goods in the company’s inventory control systems, updating information on quantities, locations, and status. Storage: Organize and store products appropriately in designated warehouse areas, following storage and handling instructions. Occasionally perform basic forklift maneuvers to facilitate product storage and movement, always adhering to established safety regulations. Order Preparation: Pick products according to purchase orders or shipping requests, ensuring accuracy and integrity of selected items. Packaging and Labeling: Package products securely and appropriately for transportation, applying labels and identification information as required. Inventory Support: Assist in periodic inventory activities, supporting physical counting and stock reconciliation.
