We provide customized services to optimize business administration. **Responsibilities:** Perform physicochemical, microbiological, and sensory analyses of packaging, inputs, and raw materials. Produce at pilot-plant scale and conduct laboratory analyses of the resulting product. Perform laboratory analyses of products obtained at industrial scale. Manage document and record control within the department. Carry out tasks related to R&D Assistant routines. On-site work in Curitiba / PR. Previous experience as an R&D Intern, R&D Analyst, Innovation Assistant, or Product Development Assistant may indicate alignment with some responsibilities of this position. Technical qualification required.
