We are currently building a Talent Pool for the Operations area at **Perkins do Brasil in Curitiba.** Key responsibilities for this position include performing tasks strictly following work instructions according to engine models; carrying out support and/or operational activities as per predefined instructions; handling parts movement in general; supporting operators in performing their tasks according to established procedures whenever necessary; and other related duties. **Important: Please regularly check the email linked to your application, including spam/junk folders, as this is our primary communication channel. To check your application status, log in to our careers page using your candidate credentials, as it will reflect any updates.** **Job Profile / Responsibilities:** * Perform sub-assembly and/or assembly of machine components on the production line; * Use equipment such as: pneumatic tools, torque tools, overhead cranes, manual carts, hoists, jib cranes, among others; * Visually inspect assembled parts and verify them using measurement control methods; * Perform operational (manual) activities related to receiving, distribution, verification, organization, handling of parts and materials; **Basic Qualifications:** **Education:** Completed high school **Behavioral Competencies:** teamwork, willingness to learn, initiative and commitment, availability to work rotating shifts **Preferred Candidates Should Have:** * Technical training and experience in mechanics and/or logistics. * Knowledge of concepts, fundamentals, and/or operations applied in the operational process. * Ability to interpret technical drawings. * Factory experience in assembly, operations, or logistics **Interested in this challenge and want to develop your career at Caterpillar?
