Job Summary: Work as an SDR/Inside Sales Representative to generate leads, qualify prospects, negotiate, and close B2B sales of customized uniforms; manage the sales funnel and collaborate cross-functionally. Collaboration with marketing and production teams SDR / Inside Sales Representative Daily Responsibilities Handle customer inquiries and close B2B sales of customized uniforms. Generate leads, conduct qualification, follow-ups, and negotiations. Manage the sales funnel within the CRM. Collaborate with marketing and production teams to ensure customer satisfaction. Requirements Prior experience in inside sales or commercial customer service (preferred). Strong verbal and written communication skills. Proactive, results-oriented mindset. Ability to negotiate, articulate value propositions, and delight customers. The R$ 100.00 bonus is cumulative — the more tiers exceeded, the higher the total monthly bonus. **Working Hours:** Monday to Friday, 08:18 to 12:00 and 13:00 to 18:00 **Minimum Education Requirement:** High School Diploma (Secondary Education)
