Job Summary: As an Operational Assistant II, you will be responsible for monitoring, scheduling, and handling travel-related matters, as well as generating KPIs to optimize logistics. As an **Operational Assistant II**, you will be responsible for travel monitoring (monitoring and scheduling), handling travel-related matters, and generating KPIs. **Responsibilities and Duties** **WE COUNT ON YOU TO:** * Conduct customer and driver follow-up; * Monitor the customer platform to log incidents on time; * Provide scheduling information to customers and drivers; * Monitor deliveries, pickups, or trips; * Handle travel-related matters on Online Cargo; * Handle communications via the driver app chat; * Generate pickup routes using the system; * Enter tracking data to generate KPIs and/or reports. **Requirements and Qualifications** **WHAT YOU NEED TO HAVE:** * Completed high school education. * Experience in transportation, including cargo/vehicle scheduling and monitoring. * Availability to work the second shift from 3:00 PM to 11:10 PM, Monday through Saturday. **IT'S A PLUS IF YOU HAVE:** * Residence near the headquarters (CIC Curitiba/PR); * Experience with e-commerce; **Additional Information** **THE STEPS TO YOUR PERFECT MATCH** You must go through several stages in the selection process to reach your dream “YES.” To achieve this, we want to get to know the best version of you—so it’s essential that you complete all stages: 1.
