We are looking for a Kitchen Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will assist in various tasks related to food pre-preparation, preparation, and service, ensuring food quality and safety at all stages of the process. Responsibilities: Wash, peel, and cut vegetables, fruits, and legumes according to established standards. Assist in food pre-preparation and preparation, including desserts, savory items, snacks, breakfast, coffee, tea, and juices. Collect samples and perform time and temperature measurements of equipment and food as required. Receive, identify, and store goods in an organized and efficient manner. Distribute and/or serve meals and their components, ensuring organization and cleanliness at the service counter. Supervise and ensure organization, cleaning, and sanitation of the work area. Maintain and preserve equipment under one's responsibility. Provide guidance and perform cafeteria service duties for the Client Company. Complete records and reports as required. Requirements: Previous experience as a Kitchen Assistant; Knowledge of basic cooking techniques and food handling. Ability to work in a team and adhere to food quality and safety standards. Availability to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays, as needed.
