**Job Mission:** We are seeking an Internal Glazier to lead glass cutting, assembly, and finishing activities in internal production, ensuring product quality and adherence to schedules. The professional will be responsible for guiding and supervising the Glazier Assistant, ensuring operational efficiency and compliance with technical specifications. **Key Responsibilities:** * Cut, polish, and adjust glass according to project technical specifications. * Assemble and prepare glass for installation, ensuring quality standards. * Supervise and guide the Glazier Assistant in daily production activities. * Maintain an organized and clean workplace, following safety regulations and using appropriate PPE. * Collaborate with the team to optimize material usage and reduce waste. * Conduct quality inspections on finished products to ensure compliance with specifications. * Participate in periodic production meetings to align objectives and suggest process improvements. * Monitor production material inventory levels and ensure replenishment when necessary. * Manage production resources, including equipment, materials, and labor. * Ensure preventive and corrective maintenance of production equipment. **Requirements:** * Completed elementary education. * Proven experience as a glazier on high-end construction projects. * Leadership, attention to detail, and proactivity. * Knowledge of glass cutting and polishing, structural assembly, and technical drawing interpretation. * Problem-solving ability and teamwork skills. **Benefits:** \- Salary above market rate. \- Benefits: meal voucher (VR), transportation voucher (VT), dental plan, and life insurance. \- Opportunities for growth and development.
