We are looking for a Developer with business and architectural vision to join our Technology team. Our ecosystem is dynamic and focused on continuous optimization of process flows. You will be challenged to build bridges between robust corporate systems (ERPs, relational databases) and modern web applications, ensuring performance, security, and an outstanding experience for end users. If you like understanding the "why" before writing code, apply software engineering best practices, and are comfortable moving across backend, frontend, and database layers, this role is for you! **Responsibilities:** * Develop and maintain scalable and secure RESTful APIs (using Node.js, Python, or Java). * Create modern, responsive user interfaces. * Design, optimize, and maintain relational databases (e.g., creating stored procedures, table modeling, and SQL query tuning). * Integrate internal and external systems. * Apply Object-Oriented Programming (OOP), Clean Code, SOLID, Clean Architecture, and Design Patterns to ensure project maintainability. * Actively participate in architectural decisions and resolution of performance bottlenecks. * Perform troubleshooting in production environments, identifying root causes and proposing definitive solutions. #### **Requirements** Bachelor’s degree in Computer Engineering, Software Engineering, Information Technology, or related fields. #### **Technical Requirements** * **Logic and Architecture:** Proficiency in Object-Oriented Programming and practical familiarity with Design Patterns, SOLID, or Clean Architecture. * **Backend:** Experience in API development. * **Frontend:** Knowledge of modern frameworks. * **Databases:** Knowledge of relational and non-relational databases. * **Tools:** Hands-on experience with version control (Git). * **Profile:** Ability to translate everyday and business problems into elegant technological solutions. ### **Behavioral Competencies:** * **Systems Thinking:** Understanding that your code impacts the entire business. * **Clear Communication:** Ability to explain technical decisions both to fellow developers and non-technical stakeholders. * **Autonomy and Resilience:** Capacity to investigate complex problems and identify optimal solutions through documentation or collaboration with the team. **About the Role:** Contract type: CLT Work schedule: Monday to Friday, from 8:00 AM to 5:48 PM Work modality: On-site Work location: Curitiba/PR **Benefits:** Meal allowance; Food allowance; Breakfast/afternoon snack; Health insurance; Dental insurance; Life insurance; Education assistance; Profit-sharing program (PLR); Transportation allowance; Other benefits (maternity kit, birthday gift, discount club, etc).
