Here, you can discover new challenges, new horizons, new goals — and even more about yourself! **Responsibilities and Duties** **DATA:** GS17 Location: Curitiba/PR Applications until: 09/02 **WHAT WILL YOU DO?** **Distribution Center Management**: * Supervise and coordinate operations across **five distribution centers** located in Curitiba, Porto Alegre, Chapecó, Londrina, and Campo Grande. * Ensure receiving, storage, picking, and shipping processes are efficient and aligned with company objectives. **Receiving and Storage**: * Coordinate receipt of goods from factories and suppliers. * Manage storage space, optimizing product placement and ensuring inventory integrity. **Internal Movement and Last Mile**: * Supervise internal movement of products within distribution centers. * Ensure **last mile** (final delivery to customers) operations are efficient and punctual. **Team and Supplier Management**: * Lead a direct team of five supervisors. * Maintain relationships with suppliers, negotiating deadlines, prices, and delivery terms. **Inventory and Quality Control**: * Monitor inventory levels to avoid surpluses or shortages. * Ensure quality of stored and shipped products. **Performance Indicators**: * Track key performance indicators such as order fulfillment rate, delivery time, and inventory accuracy. **Continuous Improvement**: * Identify opportunities to optimize logistics processes and implement improvements. * Pursue operational efficiency and customer satisfaction. **Maintenance and Preservation**: * Coordinate preventive and corrective maintenance of facilities, equipment, and systems. * Ensure areas are clean, organized, and safe. * Monitor performance of electrical, hydraulic, and HVAC systems. * Manage proper waste disposal and follow sustainable practices. **Requirements and Qualifications** **WHO INSPIRES US?** * Someone who believes in our values; * Proactive; * Analytical mindset; * Proposes ideas and solutions. **WHAT DOES SUZANO EXPECT FROM YOU?** * Completed undergraduate degree. * Interest and willingness to exercise human-centered leadership within an operational team. * Brings innovation and is results-oriented, grounded in market best practices. * Knowledge of CD logistics routines. * Availability to work onsite in Curitiba/PR; * Willingness to travel. **Additional Information** **WE OFFER MUCH MORE THAN JUST PAPER IN YOUR LIFE!** Your health care: Medical plan, dental plan, and life insurance; Meal voucher or cafeteria, grocery allowance (VA), and an additional VA at year-end; We understand fixed income matters — but beyond that, we offer extra income through our Annual Variable Compensation Program; For your future preparation, we provide private pension; We practice home office in corporate areas, flexible working hours, and a casual dress code; To generate and share value, we offer e-learning courses and training on our digital platform, UniverSuzano; At Suzano, something is only good for us if it’s good for the world!
