Responsibilities: Handling customer service requests related to field services; Supporting the issuance, monitoring, and closure of service orders; Assisting with workforce mobilization according to demand; Liaising between technical teams and the administrative department. Requirements: Currently enrolled in a Civil Engineering program; Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills; Basic knowledge of Excel.
