Generation of management reports for the executive board **Responsibilities and Duties** * Conduct financial monitoring of all ongoing construction projects; * Analyze cost progression of construction projects, comparing forecasted vs. actual costs; * Identify waste, budget deviations, and cost reduction opportunities; * Periodically review all construction projects, conducting on-site visits with a critical and analytical perspective; * Generate management reports for the executive board, providing a basis for decision-making and questioning of costs, methodologies, and processes; * Monitor the financial viability of construction projects, proposing improvements when necessary; * Collaborate with engineering and construction teams without directly interfering in field operations. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering; * Professional experience in the field; * Availability to work on construction sites in the Almirante Tamandaré region Compensation: R$6\.000,00 \- R$7\.000,00 per month Work Location: On-site
