Job Summary: The professional will work in Contract Management, focusing on highway infrastructure and geotechnical projects, overseeing execution and ensuring compliance with contractual requirements and regulations. We currently have an opportunity to work in Contract Management, focused on highway infrastructure projects, especially in Geotechnics. **Responsibilities and Duties** * Monitor the engineering design company’s contract execution, ensuring compliance with contractual clauses. * Monitor and evaluate technical deliverables, deadlines, and compliance with contractual requirements. * Support the analysis and validation of measurements and payments to the contractor. * Monitor the development of highway engineering studies and projects. * Critically review delivered projects, ensuring alignment with current standards and regulations. * Support project approval processes. * Monitor physical and financial schedules of contracted projects. * Monitor the contractor’s performance indicators, identifying risks and proposing corrective actions. * Ensure alignment between the concessionaire’s guidelines and contractual deliverables. * Interact with internal teams to ensure project integration with the concessionaire’s operations. * Act as the interface between the concessionaire and the engineering design company, facilitating communication and aligning expectations. * Ensure projects comply with technical standards and guidelines. **Requirements and Qualifications** **Requirement:** * Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering. * Knowledge of technical standards and regulations for highway infrastructure. **Desirable:** * Proficiency in AutoCAD; * Knowledge of Civil 3D; * Experience in Highway Infrastructure Projects; * Experience in BIM (Building Information Modeling); * Knowledge of technical standards and regulations for highway infrastructure. **Additional Information** **Reside in Curitiba/PR.** **Work Modality: 100% On-site.** **Administrative hours from Monday to Friday.** **BENEFITS:** Medical and dental assistance; Life insurance; Transportation allowance; Wellhub; Meal voucher and/or food allowance; Profit Sharing Program (PLR); Welcome kit for your baby, including LGBTQIAPN+ couples; Pharmacy discounts; And the “Mais Saúde” program (which includes the Alper, Vidalink, Optum, and Wellhub apps). Childcare allowance Via Araucária is the concessionaire responsible for operating, maintaining, and modernizing Lot 1 of Paraná State’s Highway System, covering 473 kilometers of federal and state highways. This stretch includes the North and South bypasses of Curitiba, interconnections among municipalities in the Metropolitan Region of Curitiba, and the route between the state capital and Guarapuava in central-southern Paraná, among other road segments. Over the next 30 years of the concession agreement, the company commits to investing R$ 7.9 billion in expansion and modernization works, plus allocating another R$ 5.2 billion for operations. This investment covers a variety of improvements, such as mechanical medical services, truck driver rest stops, weighing systems and scales, among others. Via Araucária is committed to generating local jobs and regional development. According to the federal government, it is estimated that 81,700 direct and indirect jobs will be created, in addition to fiscal contributions to the city halls of the 18 municipalities served by this highway network.
