Job Summary: We are seeking a Masonry Helper to assist with construction site activities, ensuring quality, organization, and safety during project execution. Key Highlights: 1. Essential support in masonry and finishing work. 2. Responsible for material preparation and transportation. 3. Actively assists in site organization and cleanup. We are looking for a **Masonry Helper** to support construction activities, contributing to high-quality, organized, and safe execution of works. The professional will assist masons and the construction team across various stages of the building process, ensuring smooth progress on the construction site. **Responsibilities** * Assist in masonry, plastering, screeding, and finishing work; * Prepare and transport materials, tools, and equipment; * Prepare mortars, concrete, and other materials under supervision; * Assist in laying blocks, bricks, floor tiles, and wall tiles; * Perform site cleaning and organization; * Assist with minor repairs and maintenance as needed; * Comply with workplace safety regulations and best practices. **Requirements** * Completed elementary education; * Prior experience as a Masonry Helper or in construction (preferred); * Willingness to perform physical labor; * Commitment, responsibility, and strong teamwork skills. **Employment Type** * **CLT – Full-time** * **Position type:** Permanent CLT Position type: Permanent CLT Compensation: R$2\.081,19 \- R$2\.081,20 per month Benefits: * Meal allowance * Transportation allowance
