Support in Endomarketing and Internal Communication **Description and Responsibilities:** **Working Hours:** Monday from 09:00 to 17:30; Tuesday to Friday from 08:00 to 17:30, with a 1-hour lunch break **Level:** Professional **Employment Type:** Permanent – CLT Monitoring evaluations during the probationary period; Posting job openings; Handling recruitment and selection process demands and activities in accordance with organizational guidelines; Aligning job profiles with managers and ensuring accurate job descriptions (if necessary); Conducting the Company's Onboarding Program; Supporting training logistics; Complying with and ensuring compliance with organizational policies, standards, and procedures, including document reviews when necessary; Assisting in the development and implementation of the Performance Management Program; Assisting in the development and implementation of the Climate Survey, as well as related improvement actions for the company's indicator. Supporting Endomarketing and Internal Communication initiatives.
