Analyze and technically justify the need for repairs, part replacements, and service time. Perform tire, shock absorber, and brake pad mounting and dismounting. Carry out wheel alignment and balancing services according to technical procedures, ensuring customer safety. Assist in the sales process and customer service by identifying vehicle-related needs. Deliver technical handover to customers, presenting executed products and services. Store tires and parts appropriately. Properly use the PPE established for the role. Maintain workplace organization, cleanliness, and preventive equipment maintenance. Address complaints related to sold products and services, analyzing situations and reporting them to store management. Previous experience as a Sales Representative, Sales Consultant, Sales Promoter, or Sales Attendant may indicate suitability for some activities of this position. Completed elementary education required.
