Shape, ferment, and bake products according to establishment standards. Monitor oven time and temperature. Follow recipes and quality standards. Maintain a clean and organized workplace. Manage ingredient inventory. Verify the quality and expiration dates of raw materials used. Stock fresh products in the sales area. Assist customers when necessary, answering questions about products. Previous experience as a Pastry Chef, Baker Assistant, Bakery Chef, or Oven Operator may indicate suitability for some of the responsibilities of this position. High school diploma required.
