The position requires commitment and engagement to ensure team development and well-being. **Responsibilities** * Coordinate the Human Resources department in alignment with the company's strategic planning; * Monitor and control absenteeism, turnover, overtime, intraday breaks, and weekly rest day (DSR) indicators; * Plan, assign, and monitor HR department activities, guiding employees in executing processes by defining goals and deadlines; * Support and monitor HR professionals through continuous feedback to improve activity execution; * Monitor and validate payroll closing for your operation; * Monitor inspections conducted by regulatory agencies, ensuring compliance with current laws and collective bargaining agreements. * Availability for travel; **Requirements** * Experience in Human Resources management; * Knowledge of labor legislation; * Ability to lead and motivate teams; * Communication and negotiation skills; * Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or related field; * Experience across all Human Resources subsystems; * Intermediate English proficiency; * Intermediate to advanced Excel proficiency; **Benefits** * Competitive salary * Access to benefits programs * Collaborative and dynamic work environment * Opportunities for professional growth This position is **on-site.** Minimum Education Level: Bachelor's Degree Languages: * English (Advanced)
